Meet Our Principal
Welcome to Victory Christian School.
In July of 2023, I began the work of Principal & Head of School.
At VCS, our mission, We equip students through academics, to become disciples who will impact their world for Christ, drives us intentionally to continue to increase student outcomes.
Our priorities are: to create an environment that lends itself to building disciples; to increase and improve our curricular and instructional processes so that every student has what they need to be successful; to ensure the highest level of safety and security to our students, staff and the entire school community.
In K - 6, our focus has been on learning about the body of evidence called "the science of reading" so that our teachers are positioned and have all the tools they need to teach students how to read and to be able to remediate those skills by providing targeted intervention.
In 7 - 12, we’ve developed relevant and exciting alternative classes, experiences and pathways to allow for student choice.
Building-wide, our focus is on increasing vocabulary, comprehension, geometry, data and measurement skills, while also adding components of STEM to our classes.
We've been able to raise the level of security in our school by making sure that an officer is on campus every day.
Above all, our Lord and Savior has His protective hand on our school. He goes before every decision and has worked miracles right here in these hallways.

My Story
In 2011 I began my licensed journey into education, though I’d always been in the educational field from a young age, my earliest experiences with students with diverse abilities.
I spent 5 years teaching and started my leadership journey as an instructional coach to teachers of all grade levels and contents for the next 7 years, working for Youngstown City School District and as a Literacy Coach specifically for K-4 teachers in the East Liverpool Elementary Schools.
I completed my Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership at American College of Education in 2018 and obtained my Principal’s license in 2019.
I have recently completed my Superintendent Licensure Program from Ashland University.
In July of 2023, the Lord directed my path to VCS and my experience and time have been a complete blessing!
I am currently serving my 3rd year at Victory Christian School as Principal/Superintendent.
I am mom to 2 amazing men (25 & 22). I love reading books on leadership and I have been learning Ballroom and Latin Dancing over the last several years. My personal ministry is teaching people about how to cook to heal their bodies.
