Qualification Requirement to become a Board Member

3.07 - Qualifications Required for Nomination. 

(A) With the exception of any appointees to the Board of Directors, who are exempt from meeting the Qualification described in paragraph (A)(1) of this Section 3.07 but must meet the balance of the requirements set forth in this Section 3.07, each and every nominee for a directorship position on the Board of Directors of Victory Christian School must meet all of the following Qualifications: 

• Each nominee must have a child or grandchild enrolled in The Victory Christian School and at least one child of each nominee must have been enrolled at either The Victory Christian School or a Christian School located in the state of Ohio or Pennsylvania for at least two (2) of the years directly and Consecutively preceding such nomination, or must be an alumnus of The Victory Christian School; 

• Each nominee/potential appointee must support the Mission and Vision of The Victory Christian School; 

• Each nominee/potential appointee must be in agreement with the Statement of Faith of The Victory Christian School; 

• Each nominee/potential appointee must attend a Bible believing church on a regular weekly basis; and 

•  

• Each nominee/potential appointee must be supportive of the School Administrator, teachers and ancillary staff of Victory Christian School. 

(B) In order to determine whether each nominee/potential appointee sufficiently meets the applicable criteria set forth in Section 3.07, prior to each election, each nominee/potential appointee shall be interviewed by the active, sitting Board of Directors, including individuals who are currently on the Board of Directors, who shall be interviewed by the remaining directors currently on the board.
